Agreement
We usually provide indicative terms and a preliminary decision within 24 hours of receiving an application, if not earlier
Legals
We'll send a team of approved appraisers from our panel to inspect the property. Simultaneously, we and the creditor will advise their lawyers to begin the legal process.
Decision
We are ready to release the funds once the legal work is completed. The process will be completed when our attorney transfers the funds to the borrower's solicitor.
